Recently a client asked me about health and safety - he's a new business and has just taken on workspace and an employee (congratulations!).  There is a legal requirement for employers to take care of their staff - a really good place to start gemming up is the Health and Safety Executive which gives tips on preparing a risk assessment and other considerations.
